Payment

All transactions will be carried out in pound sterling. Your credit card will be charged immediately and your goods will only be despatched after your payment has been received. EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 17.5%). Non-EU/exempt pay the exclusive price. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.

Delivery

Whilst we aim to carry stock to cover 100% of all orders, immediate delivery is subject to availability. Goods will normally be despatched by mail within 48 hours of the confirmation of your order and receipt of your payment. Advancis medical is subject to delivery efficiencies of the mail system from the region where you live. Receipt of goods should be within a further 3 working days (UK) and 5 working days (EU) but delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Any more than 2 products purchased from the site at any one time will be delivered by Royal Mail. Any more than 2 products ordered at any one time will be delivered by UPS.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund your purchase price in full if the product is returned, unopened and in a sealed condition within 14 days in receipt. As these are medical products and in order to protect our customers from any tampering with goods we regret that we cannot refund on any opened boxes as these cannot be re-cycled by the company. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and completed within a further 3 working days.

Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed manually at the premises of Advancis Medical Ltd by our staff and regulated within our approved Quality Assurance system. This website should be regarded as an invitation to buy. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Advancis Medical Ltd may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by Advancis Medical Ltd following checking and despatch of your order. If for any reason funds have been processed and we are unable to complete your order a full refund will be made.

Limit of Liability

Advancis Medical Limited and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this web site except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Advancis Medical Limited, its directors or employees.

Non EU Orders

With respect to the supply of medical devices outside of the EU, you understand that the supply of medical devices is subject to the control of the local customs and regulatory bodies e.g. US Customs and the FDA; this may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Advancis Medical Ltd cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by US customs, Advancis Medical Ltd will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Advancis Medical, and further that in the event of customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be born by you in full.
