Mark Allatt
Sales & Marketing Director
I am Mark, Sales and Marketing Director. I am responsible for growing awareness of the Advancis Medical brand and driving sales on a global basis. I enjoy being busy and challenged on a daily basis, there is so much variation whether I am being involved with our UK sales team, our partners or our distributors around the world, there are different opportunities each day. I find seeing what we have achieved in such a short time very rewarding, but knowing we are only scratching the surface makes it even better. My proudest achievement has to be collecting the Medilink Innovation Award in 2010. Describing myself, I would say I am driven, determined and somebody who enjoys life.
Claire-Louise Doyle
UK Business Development Manager
I am the UK Business Development Manager and my day to day responsibilities are to ensure that our sales function is the best it can be to achieve our objectives. I work closely with the sales and marketing team on strategies and campaigns, manage supplier relationships and am responsible for tenders and contracts in the UK. I enjoy my role as no two days are the same, we are fast moving and this makes our response to customers quick which is a great feeling. There really is no catch, we provide high quality at low prices and that is extremely rewarding. My proudest achievement right now is getting this job! Describing myself I would say I am determined, sociable and happy.
Laura Clifton
Customer Services Manager
I am Laura, the Customer Services Manager. My day to day role is diverse, I ensure our customers are happy which means monitoring feedback; I make sure that our sales office function runs smoothly; I process expenses, commissions and sales figures and assist with budgeting. Each day at work is different. I enjoy working for an innovative company and having input, one of my proudest achievements was suggesting the idea of Actibalm. Describing myself, I would say I am spreadsheet mad, loyal and have a dry sense of humour.
Kylie Morris
Marketing Co-ordinator
I am Kylie, Marketing Co-ordinator. My daily activities include looking after all marketing activity such as event organisation, placing adverts, creating literature and marketing material as well as promoting our brand on a local and global scale. I enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. I enjoy the creative side of my role and finding new ways to promote our products. My proudest achievement has to be passing my degree and building a career in marketing. I would say I am organised, a little excitable and friendly.
Chrissie Morris
Graphic Designer
I am Chrissie and I am the graphic designer at Advancis Medical. My day to day responsibilities are creating and amending artwork which involves things from brochures and adverts to presentations and packaging. I enjoy being able to be creative and working on a wide variety of different promotional and informative products. I find it rewarding to be able to put my own ideas and thoughts into the work I produce. My proudest achievement would have to be buying our own house last year. Describing myself in three words I would say I am friendly, honest and happy.
Andre Nicholson
Accounts Administrator
I am Andre, the Accounts Administrator. My daily tasks include processing sales invoices, maintaining the cash book, looking after the purchase ledger and payments and processing expenses payments. I enjoy the variety my job offers and its very rewarding seeing the business develop. My organisation of the customer claims made me feel valued and really feel like I have a key part in the company’s development. Describing myself, I would say I am efficient, helpful and hard working.
Clair Flint
Sales Administrator
I am Clair, the Sales Administrator. My daily tasks include processing all export orders, dealing with enquiries and providing general administration support. I enjoy dealing personally with customers and building relationships. I find it rewarding being able to resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently and give customers a solution to their problem. I would say my proudest achievement is my beautiful daughter Holly. Describing myself in three words, I would say I am organised, friendly and generally happy.
Rachael Jolldashi
Office Administrator
I am Rachel, the office administrator. My day to day responsibilities include processing orders, sending out samples, answering the telephone and arranging for stock to be sent to national and international events. Advancis Medical is a nice environment to work in, it makes my job enjoyable. I find it rewarding knowing our products are improving people’s lives and that I have had a part in that. My proudest achievement would have to be passing my driving test first time. If asked to describe myself in three words I would say I am friendly, trustworthy and honest.

International Business Development Manager
I am the International Business Development Manager. My day to day responsibilities include managing our international distributor network, ensuring our business partners across the world have the support they need. I enjoy the autonomy to make decisions quickly that will benefit our customers, partners and the Advancis Medical business. I find it rewarding working in a wide variety of countries with individual cultural and business challenges. I am still working on completing my proudest achievement. Describing myself I would say I am determined, challenging and progressive.

Alec O'Dare
Regional Sales Manager (South)
I am a regional sales manager for the south. I am responsible for managing a team of area sales managers. My days are varied as I could be running educational sessions, helping with staff training, promoting our products or attending study days. Through my regional role I also provide support to the team, enabling them to achieve their goals. I enjoy my job because every day is different and brings new challenges, I learn something new everyday. By far the best part of working for Advancis Medical and in wound care are the relationships I have built, the industry is quite small and I have made a lot of friends which is important as it reminds me how good the job can be. Describing myself in three words, I would say I am tall, assertive and friendly.
Ross Huntley
Regional Sales Manager (North)
I am Ross, I am the Regional Sales Manager for the North. This means my daily responsibilities include managing the UK sales team that are based in the North as well as my own area role which includes running product education sessions, nurse specialist meetings, study days and formulary evaluations. I enjoy building relationships and seeing the benefits that our dressings can deliver. It is rewarding to be part of an innovative and progressive company, and building long term working relationships. My proudest achievements are becoming regional sales manager within a year and my family, along with a pretty successful rugby career. Describing myself in three words I am tall, dark and …greying.
Suzanne Ian
Area Sales Manager
I am Suzanne, Area Sales Manager for theEast Midlands. My day to day responsibilities include keeping customers up to date and informing them of new products as well as responding to enquiries. I enjoy meeting new customers and hearing their views and opinions. I am also medically trained myself, although in a different field, so therefore enjoy attending clinics and meeting the patients. Advancis is a very supportive company to work for which makes it more enjoyable. I enjoy the results from the use of our dressings and hearing success stories. My proudest achievements are receiving the sales recognition award and having our son Henry. Describing myself I would say I am honest, reliable and happy!
Jeremy Beeston-May
Area Sales Manager
My name is Jeremy and I am an Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands. My day to day responsibilities include making calls and appointments with Tissue Viability Nurses to discuss our products, as well as attending study days and educational sessions. I am from a training and development background and so really enjoy attending study days and the opportunity to explain how our products work. I am also the newest member of the team and the support I have received has been great! It is very rewarding knowing that our products are helping to heal and improve lives. My proudest achievement at work is passing basic wound care within three weeks, in life it would be marrying my beautiful wife. In three words I would describe myself as honest, loyal and musical.

My name is Ben and I am an Area Sales Manager. My day to day responsibilities include setting up nurse appointments, specialist meetings and carrying out product training. Parts of my job I enjoy are nurturing relationships with key decision makers and providing technical supports with regards to our products to the wider nursing sector. I find it rewarding as a new member of the team to develop my understanding of the role and seeing the impact our products have within the NHS. My proudest achievement is passing my Biological Sciences Degree. Describing myself in 3 words I would say I am honest, perseverant and positive.
Gemma Glenn
Area Sales Manager
I am Gemma, an Area Sales Manager. My day to day responsibilities include contacting and meeting with nurses, podiatrists, clinical nurse specialists and procurement staff. I provide training and support to nurses and exhibit at conferences and study days. I enjoy developing and sustaining relationships with new and existing customers. I find it rewarding when I am informed of positive feedback in regards to our products. I am most proud of winning the sales recognition award in August 2009. Describing myself in three words I would say I am caring, loyal and a worrier.

I am Craig, an Area Sales Manager. My day to day responsibilities include making calls, having meetings with nurses, carrying out training and providing product presentations. I enjoy meeting new people, finding solutions and understanding my customer’s needs. Each day is different. I find it very rewarding building relationships and supporting our customers, it is also rewarding to work with such a great team. My proudest achievement would have to be getting some of our products evaluated in the very first meeting I had, as well as passing my level 1 wound care exam. Describing myself, I would say I am reliable, focused and happy.
Amanda Sollis
Area Sales Manager
I am Amanda, Area Sales Manager for the South West. My day to day activities include planning and meeting with customers and healthcare professionals, as well as attending events, conferences and study days. I enjoy building relationships with customers and understanding their challenges, there is nothing more rewarding and touching than seeing our products literally changing people’s lives. I am extremely proud of obtaining my sales achievement award, something I worked very hard for. I am also proud of becoming a mummy. I would say I could be described as determined, loyal and a team player.
Chrissie Newson

I am Chrissie, an Area Sales Manager. My daily responsibilities include introducing people to our products, providing training and building relationships with nurses, specialists, podiatrists and other health care professionals. I enjoy the variation of each day and the opportunity to resolve real issues for professionals and patients. My proudest achievement was being the youngest to qualify as a nurse in my region and I feel this has given me great experience for this role. My friends would describe me as honest, down to earth and determined.
Duncan Petrie

I am Duncan, area sales manager forScotland. My daily responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with customers, developing professional working relationships, providing support to healthcare professionals and attending national events. I enjoy constantly meeting new people and continually learning about the industry I work in. I find it rewarding working in partnership with healthcare professionals and sharing knowledge with clinicians. My proudest achievement is climbing all ofScotland’s 284 Munro mountains. I am Area Sales Manager for Wales and my day to day responsibilities include meeting with a wide variety of nurses and specialists, providing training and attending study days and conferences. I enjoy meeting new customers and people and building a mutually beneficial relationship for the future. I find the educational aspect of my role rewarding and hearing how our products have had a positive impact on a patient’s quality of life. My proudest achievement has to be my son Jack and the way he has turned into a well balanced (most of the time!) teenager. Describing myself I would say I am honest, reliable and fun loving.

I am Area Sales Manager for the North of England, my day to day responsibilities include meeting with specialist nurses to inform of new products and training. I love the variety my role provides and the variety of people I meet. I also love learning new things. Most rewarding is hearing how our products provide positive results and improve patients’ lives. My proudest achievement to date is getting to the play offs with my netball team, having already been promoted at the start of the season. Describing myself I would say I am positive, sporty and a thinker.

I am Nick, area sales manager for the East of England. My day to day responsibilities are to provide support and education to nursing staff. I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships in my area. Working for Advancis Medical is very rewarding, particularly when I see our products being used with success in an area that had not used them prior to an education session with us. My proudest achievement is completing my diploma in healthcare and learning so much since joining the company, considering the industry I came from was entirely different. My day to day responsibilities are to ensure that I create long lasting working relationships and provide support to people that use our products in the wound care field. I enjoy the diversity of meeting new people every day, building relationships and overcoming challenges. I find it very rewarding to work alongside like minded people for an innovative company with a fantastic support network. My proudest achievements are my two beautiful children. I am Christina, an Area Sales Manager. My daily responsibilities include supporting and communicating with nurses and specialists and I also provide education sessions. I help to organise local and national study days and conferences as well as aiming to grow the business in my area. I enjoy communicating with colleagues and customers and developing professional relationships with them. I also enjoy the opportunity to travel and work in many different environments. I find it rewarding to hear from customers about how our products have helped improve their quality of life. My proudest achievements are climbing Kilimanjaro and giving birth to my son Finlay. My daily responsibilities include promoting our products to healthcare professionals across all aspects of wound care and keeping them up to date with clinical evidence via phone, email and face-to-face. I enjoy interacting with customers and seeing first hand the results our products have achieved. I thoroughly enjoy being part of a successful company where everyone strives to be the best. My proudest achievement is raising three children, all of whom are generally nice, honest people. Describing myself in three words, I would say handsome, honest and stubborn.

I am Lyndsey, Area Sales Manager for theEast Midlandsarea. I enjoy the versatility of my job and I like to be where things are developing, changing and growing. Advancis Medical have great innovative products which make educating and promoting the products very rewarding. I am the Area Sales Manager for Northern Ireland. My daily responsibilities include running product education sessions, nurse specialist meetings, study days and formulary evaluations. I enjoy meeting people and forging new relationships, as well as building on those already established. I feel it is rewarding to be part of the fastest growing wound care company in the UK. My proudest achievement at work thus far is passing basic wound care within a day and in life would be surviving four years of degree level Biochemistry and learning to play the guitar. I would describe myself as dedicated, ambitious and direct.
